Counselling of NRI Category (Management Quota) |
| Counselling for NRI category under Management Quota, MBBS Course session 2009 is scheduled to held at DMC & Hospital, Ludhiana in the Principal Office on Monday, 13 July 2009 at 10.00am. It is mandatory for the candidates to be physically present and reach the venue at 9.30am with all their original certificates, relevant documents and required fees. |

b. Guidelines for Candidates
- I. Govt. Quota & Management Quota:
- Applicants are required to apply directly to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences for Government as well as Management Quota(excluding NRI / NRI leftover seats).
- Candidates are selected by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot on the basis of their merit in Pre-Medical Entrance Test conducted by the University.
- The selected candidates will be admitted as per procedure which will be laid down in DMCH Prospectus 2009, which will be made available in due course.
- The candidate should periodically visit the institution’s website www.dmch.edu for further announcements/updates/instructions regarding Medical Examination, fee details, classes etc.

Note: Merit is the sole criteria for admission in the Management Quota also. There is NO provision for any discretionary seats by the management of the Institution.
2. NRI Category:
The admission against NRI seats are made according to provisions of notification of Punjab Govt. duly published in the PMET2009 prospectus of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot .
Applications for admissions to Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana under this category must be sent directly to the institution on the prescribed application from available on the institutional website, along with the eligibility certificate to be obtained from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot as mentioned on their website www.babafariduniv.com
