The department of Anaesthesiology & Resuscitation, Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, has taken the lead to initiate hands-on training course in Basic Life Support (BLS) as per the protocols of the American Heart Association (AHA) for all faculty members, postgraduate students, undergraduates, paramedical staff and lay public. |

Divisional Round of NNF Quiz held at DMCH |

Department of Pediatrics at DMCH today organized the divisional round of National Neonatology Faculty (NNF) PG and Nursing Quiz. The quiz was held under the aegis of NNF, Punjab State Branch. Five teams that participated in the quiz include PGIMER, Chandigarh, CMC Ludhiana, DMC Ludhiana, GMC Patiala and GMC Amritsar |

“Hospital Infection Prevention Week” organized by DMCH from 25th- 28th August 2008 today concluded with an interesting quiz and glittering prize distribution function. In today’s quiz competition entitled “Kaun Banega Gyanpati”, four teams that participated in the competition include Sterilization Team, Hand Hygiene Team, Standard Precautions Team and Anti Microbials team.
