About Faculty

Bhupinder Kaur is a (Nursing Tutor) in Psychiatric Nursing at DMC&H College of Nursing. She has been associated with the institution since (2023) and brings over 6 years of teaching experience. She completed her undergraduate studies at Rayat Bahra College of Nursing, Mohali, Then working as staff Nurse at Medanta the Medicity, Gurgaon from 2015-2017, Even complete the Diabetic educator Program along with internship in 2017from Project Hope , obtained her Master’s degree from CMC& H college of Nursing Ludhiana . She began her teaching career as an Nursing Tutor then Assistant professor at Desh Bhagat university Mandi Gobindgarh . Since Oct, 2019- Feb 2023, Then obtained the Advance guidance and counselling Diploma from Punjab university Chandigarh. She has been serving in the capacity of Assistant Professor and has contributed significantly to academic and research activities, with more than 8 publications in national and international journals. Patent publication 1 with collaboration, Woking as assistant professor at RIMT since Feb.2023-oct 2023.She has participate in various conferences and workshop even FDP programme She is a member of the Trained Nurses’ Association of India (TNAI) and the Adolescent Society of India Additionally,.Her academic responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating departmental activities; conducting teaching sessions for undergraduate student and guiding to graduate theses and projects and Co guidance for postgraduate student; and providing clinical supervision to undergraduate students. Furthermore, she serves as an internal examiner for under nursing examinations within the institution.
