He completed his M.B.B.S. from Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana (BFUHS, Faridkot) between 2000–2003, followed by an M.D. in Medicine from Pt. B.D. Sharma PGIMS, Rohtak in 2008. Pursuing his passion for advanced cardiac care, Dr. Goyal earned his D.M. in Cardiology in 2013 from the prestigious G.B. Pant Hospital/Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi University, New Delhi.
