About Doctor

Dr. Deepak Bhat did his MBBS and MD from S.P. Medical College, Bikaner (Rajasthan) and Sr. Residency at Kalawati Saran Children Hospital (Lady Harding Medical College), New Delhi and presently working as Professor of Pediatrics. His main area of interest is Pediatric Infectious diseases and gastroenterology.He is presently looking after pediatric Gastroenterology clinic. He has many  international and national publications including chapters in books to his credit and has presented papers,chaired sessions and delivered lectures at international and national conferences.He has been an excutive member of Pediatric infectious diseases chapter of IAP.He has also been Treasurer of IAP Punjab State and Intensive Care Chapters.He a IAP ALS instructor and has been conducting BLS and ALS courses all over Punjab.He has received several trainings like Integrated Management of Neonatal & Childhood Illness (IMNCI) ,RNTCP etc conducted by IAP in collaboration with WHO / UNICEF. He has also got training on lung protective mechanical ventilation in neonates & children by WFPICS.
