About Doctor

Dr. Kamaldeep Arora is a distinguished neonatologist and currently serves as Professor of Neonatology at Dayanand Medical College and Hospital (DMCH), Ludhiana. With a career marked by clinical excellence, academic leadership, and national-level contributions, he is widely recognized for his work in advancing neonatal care in India.

He completed his MD in Pediatrics from DMCH, Ludhiana, followed by a DM in Neonatology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, one of India’s most prestigious medical institutions. To enhance his global perspective and clinical training, he pursued a Royal College Neonatology Fellowship from Liverpool, UK.

Dr. Arora is a committed member of the National Neonatology Forum (NNF) and the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP). He is deeply involved in the National Neonatology Fellowship Program, playing a key role in shaping the next generation of neonatologists through mentorship and training.

He also serves as a core member of the SONIC Program, a nationwide NNF initiative aimed at teaching and standardizing neonatal echocardiography practices across India. His expertise has helped equip neonatal units with critical diagnostic skills for managing complex cardiac conditions in newborns.
