About Doctor

Dr. Naved Aslam is a distinguished cardiologist with over two decades of clinical and academic excellence in the field of cardiology. He completed his MBBS and MD (Medicine) from Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana in 1989 and 1993, respectively. He pursued super-specialization in cardiology and earned his DM (Cardiology) from the prestigious L.P.S. Institute of Cardiology, G.S.V.M. Medical College, Kanpur in 2000.

Dr. Aslam joined Hero DMC Heart Institute in 2001 as a Consultant in the Cardiology Unit. His dedication to patient care, research, and teaching led to successive academic appointments — he was appointed Assistant Professor in 2007, Associate Professor in 2009, and has been serving as Professor of Cardiology since 2014. He further honed his skills in cardiac electrophysiology through advanced training at the Madras Medical Mission, Chennai.

Dr. Aslam specializes in several cutting-edge cardiology procedures, including:

    • Electrophysiology Study (EPS)
    • 2D/3D Mapping and Radiofrequency Ablation
    • Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT) for Heart Failure
