Dr. Rajnish Garg, Professor and Head of Orthopaedics is a leading and one of the most eminent orthopaedic surgeon of this region. He has a vast experience of more than 28 years. His main areas of specialization include Joint Replacement surgeries including Robotic Knee and Hip replacement surgery, Sports Medicine (Shoulder and Knee key hole Surgeries incl. ACL,PCL,Rotator Cuff tears and Recurrent Dislocations managed arthroscopically),Pelvis and acetabulum fractures and other complex fractures. He has been trained in the institutes of international repute from Switzerland (Cantonal hospital,Freibough), Flinders University, Australia and Germany in the field of Joint Replacement, Sports medicine & Trauma. He is a eminent graduate and post-graduate teacher. He is a keen researcher and regularly conducting workshops on latest advancements and is invited as a faculty in many national and international forums. He has numerous national and international publications.He is a National faculty in widely recognized AO Trauma courses. He is a Past President of Punjab Orthopedic Association and currently being elect as President Elect of North Zone Indian Orthopaedic Association (2025-26).
